Tax Partner promotes Francesca Codoni, Oliver Jäggi, and Marco E. Vitali to Counsel, effective July 1, 2024.
Francesca Codoni has many years of experience in national and international corporate taxation, tax planning and reorganisations, and also regularly advises on M&A transactions. Her client base includes corporates and financial institutions as well as HNWIs. Francesca Codoni started her career in 2007 at a Big Four firm and joined Tax Partner in 2017.
Oliver Jäggi has been advising companies, entrepreneurs and private individuals on national and international tax matters for over 20 years. His experience includes mergers & acquisitions, restructurings as well as litigation. He started his career at a Big Four firm and has been an advisor with Tax Partner since 2008.
Marco E. Vitali advises and represents companies and private individuals in national and international tax law with a focus on real estate taxation. He started his career more than 20 years ago at a leading law firm in Zurich and subsequently held senior inhouse positions at international groups. Marco Vitali has been a consultant with Tax Partner since 2019.
