Insights on the US 2023 Green Book

Alvarez and Marsal provide a detailed overview of the Biden administration’s proposals

The article notes that the 2023 Green Book assumes that a version of the Build Back Better Act (BBBA) will be enacted, but given the uncertainty surrounding the BBBA, it is unclear whether any of these “new” proposals will be enacted by Congress.
