Tax Partner is pleased to announce the promotion of Maxim Dolder to Partner effective January 1, 2026. At the same time, Marcel Widrig will join the team as Senior Counsel.
Maxim Dolder specializes in Real Estate Tax. He advises listed and unlisted real estate companies, institutional investors as well as private individuals and occupational pension institutions on all aspects of tax law. He started his career in 2010 with a Big Four. Since 2023 he has been working with Tax Partner as Senior Advisor. Maxim Dolder lectures at tax seminars and a CUREM course at the University of Zurich in the field of portfolio and asset management and is the author of several publications on tax law.
Marcel Widrig has extensive experience in international tax law, particularly in structuring family offices and advising entrepreneurs and their companies, and complex private asset structures. He worked with PwC from 1993 to 2019, most recently as a partner and global private wealth leader. From 2019 to 2025, he oversaw the tax, structural, and operational structures of an international family office.
