Michel Morelato graduated in Law at the University of Lausanne (MLaw) as well as at the Univesity College London (LL.M.) and was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2013. Prior to joining Tax Partner AG in 2024, Michel was a tax lawyer in an international law firm in Lugano and Zurich. Michel advises clients in all aspects of national and international tax law, from corporate tax law to tax planning for private clients. He represents clients in front of courts and tax authorities. Michel Morelato is a frequent speaker and lecturer at selected Swiss tax seminars and post graduate master studies and publishes articles on national tax law.
